Wat ga je doen?

Our client in Kerkrade is one of the biggest market leaders in the development of sustainable fabrics incorporated into textiles like cloths, sports fashion and panties. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you are an important link between our client and their customers. You are responsible for handling all of the customer contacts and you also guide customers both by telephone and via e-mail or chat in solving various problem issues.

  • Provide a high level of customer service to designated customers;
  • Liaise effectively with supply chain colleagues, logistics service providers, the regional sales team and supporting functions ensuring that customers’ expectations and business needs are met;
  • Communicate effectively with customers in relation to orders, invoices, payments, forecasts, availability, and product queries;
  • Process, confirm & invoice customer orders in compliance with business guidelines on product suitability, availability, pricing & credit terms;
  • Ascertain customers’ future product requirements & update forecasts to ensure requirements are resourced by the production sites.

  • An excellent salary between €3.200,- and €3.800,- gross a month;

Wat wij vragen

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Previous experience as a customer service representative in a busy customer service environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively manage customer relationships and resolve customer concerns;
  • Customer focused to consistently achieve the best result for your customer and the business;
  • Excellent organization skills with good attention to detail;
  • Proactive team player with good communication, networking and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively, demonstrating flexibility as required;
  • High degree of personal integrity, humility, and compliance;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); 
  • Strong systems skills (SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
