Our client in Kerkrade is one of the biggest market leaders in the development of sustainable fabrics incorporated into textiles like cloths, sports fashion and panties.
As an Order Fulfillment Analyst you will be working at our clients site which is located in Kerkrade. As an Order Fulfillment Analyst for the European, Middle Eastern and African region, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer orders are fulfilled in an optimized way, considering actual and planned production. You will also manage ‘At Risk’ inventory in all the distribution centers and plan production at their 3rd party tollers. You will report to the Supply Chain manager EMEA.
Your most important tasks as a Order Fulfillment Analyst:
- Resolve outbound order delivery failures in a timely and effective manner and in close collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics and Planning;
- Reschedule customer orders using the back order process in periods of supply imbalance and according to priorities set;
- Managing the customer/product allocation process in periods of supply imbalance and according to priorities set;
- Ensure outbound and inbound stock transfer orders have been shipped on time through effective collaboration with Logistics;
- Manage the “At Risk” inventory identification and disposition process including the write off and disposal of unsaleable products;
- Manage 3rd party planning processes;
- Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across applicable work.
- An excellent salary between €3.466,21,- and €4.225,17,- gross a month;

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a business-related discipline;
- 2+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain related role;
- Demonstrated, practical SAP experience, preferably in Advance Planning & Optimization (APO) & ERP Central Component (ECC);
- Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written ;
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills;
- Behavior driven by integrity, compliance, humility and ethics;
- Self-starter and desire to learn and develop;
- Strong systems skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
